Like many businesses, we have been paying close attention to the Government’s guidance on preventative measures to help reduce the spread of this horrible pandemic. Therefore, we would like to advise you of the following:
All office-based staff are working from home and we are giving absolute priority to the safety of our employees and their families. Social distancing for those processing essential orders at our facilities are enforced and we regularly sanitise surfaces and hands using our XtraSAN product.
We are still open and continue to support the essential needs of our customers by making available and continuing to supply our recently introduced range of ‘Live well…’ solutions. Demand is high, and we will continue to dispatch orders daily.

Nobody could have predicted the impact of this terrible disease, but we are determined to embrace the great British spirit and get through this…together. A message from our Managing Director
As the situation regarding the Coronavirus unfolds, we felt it timely to review our policy and approach for customer support surrounding the current pandemic.
Firstly, we would like to thank you for your ongoing support and partnership. At times like this, the safety and well-being of all our customers and staff is of paramount importance. In view of caring for the health and safety of our customers and staff, we would like to outline our policy in regards to COVID-19.
1. Reduce regular face-to-face visits and respect those who have asked not to be visited.
2. Maintain regular contact with all our valued clients via telephone and zoom calls.
3. We are closely following all World Health Organization and government guidelines and recommendations.
We wanted to reach out to all our customers personally and reassure you that ThermoSphere will be continuing to support you and offer uninterrupted delivery of goods wherever possible. We will be providing you with updates in the coming weeks as the situation continues to unfold.
