Your order will be ready for collection between 09:00-16:00 (GMT) Monday – Friday. Please call 1 hour prior to your arrival on 0800 019 5899. Ring the bell on the front door to let us know you have arrived.
If for any reason you wish to return an item to us, please read the following information:
Any unwanted or faulty items may be returned to us within 14 days of your delivery confirmation.
Unwanted items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, we cannot accept items which are found to have been installed or used in any capacity.

You can return your item to us in person between 09:00-16:00 (GMT) Monday – Friday. Please call 1 hour prior to your arrival on 0800 019 5899. Ring the bell on the front door to let us know you have arrived.
Send your item back to us
Please include your SRN number on the exterior of your parcel.
Please arrange delivery for your parcel back to our warehouse. If the item is faulty or has a defect we will refund your shipping costs. Items which are returned for other reasons such as “no longer required” are subject to the cost of shipping.

Returns and refunds can take up to 14 days to process however we will try our best for it to be much quicker.
