Located on the Northeast side of Guernsey is the newly purpose-built community consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for residents aged 55 and over. The project consisted of three phases:
Phase 1 (12 units)
Phase 2 (20 units)
Phase 3 (24 units)
We were specified and recommended by the architect to supply Thermosphere Screed underfloor heating cable in all areas. The architect is a regular customer whose go to is electric as a heating source, no gas!
The Screed was laid and stapled to Celotex insulation, with flow screed over the top to encase the cabling. Each heating zone is controlled with our ThermoSphere Programmable thermostat for easy operation by the end user.
As part of our commitment, we produced design layout drawings which enabled a straightforward and seamless installation for those on site. The products were easily obtained via one of our distributors in Guernsey DHS (Domestic Heating Services).
