1. We will acknowledge your feedback within 3 working days and start the evaluation.

2. You will receive a response to your feedback within 7 working days. If necessary, we will communicate with you to clarify further details.

3. Fix Process & Subsequent Feedback

Typically, reported vulnerabilities will be resolved within 3 months. The exact time depends on the complexity. The progress and status of the repair will be communicated to you via email.
