This former under-utilised brownfield site sits on the mouth of the Medway Waterfront Peninsula in Kent. Part of the regeneration includes a stunning building of 199 luxury apartments and is less than 40 minutes away from Central London making this an extremely desirable location for commuters and investors alike.

A requirement for convector panel heaters was identified as the primary heat source for installation across the 199 luxury apartments. Introduced as a quality value engineering option, ThermoSphere‘s Lot 20 compliant convector panel heaters provided value without compromising heating efficiency and quality.
