Ten Trinity Square

UK

Case Study Overview

Project Name: Ten Trinity Square

Project Type: Residential

Products: Complete floor build-up with Membrane

Ten Trinity Square is a Grade II* listed building constructed with Portland stone which was built in the distinctive Beaux Arts style. Situated in London and overlooking the River Thames, it is also the former headquarters of the Port of London Authority. It certainly has history in abundance.

As a Grade II* listed building, we knew that there could be challenges but we love a challenge and are always well prepared to address them head-on as they arise.

We were initially approached by the contractor to provide electric underfloor heating for 100 bathrooms in the hotel suites and 41 high-end residential apartments. While in discussion with them, we identified additional products required in the floor build-up which we could supply and offer a combined single warranty. So, ultimately we provided a complete underfloor heating solution comprising of insulation, acoustics, decoupling, tanking and a floor heating system.
