Shard Place marks the third phase of the 2.5 million sq. ft regeneration of the Shard Quarter in London Bridge. It provides a mixed-use destination of commercial, retail, leisure and residential property assets. The residential development is over 26 storeys in London SE1, consisting of 176 residential apartments ranging from studios to one, two & three bedroom apartments.
We were approached by Deba Badsysteme Gmbh to provide our towel bars in each of the bathroom pods. Working with the design team we supplied double mounted square profiled towel bars which were finished in matt white.
In addition, electric under floor heating was installed in each bathroom pod. To ensure easy control of both the electric underfloor heating system and the towel bars we supplied our unique Dual Control thermostat.
